Since 2011, our shop has specialized in Hybrid and EV repair while servicing all makes and models. We are known for honest diagnostics, fast turnaround times, and strong customer relationships. Our shop works on everything from Toyota Prius hybrids to Tesla vehicles and advanced diagnostics.

What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and create repair orders
• Communicate vehicle concerns clearly with technicians
• Provide estimates and explain repairs professionally
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Handle phone calls, texts, and follow-ups
• Recommend maintenance services honestly and professionally
• Help maintain excellent customer satisfaction and online reviews
• Work closely with the service manager and technicians
• Ensure repair orders and documentation are accurate
What We’re Looking For
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred •
Strong communication and customer service skills •
Organized and able to multitask •
Basic automotive knowledge required •
Hybrid/EV knowledge is a huge plus •
Comfortable using shop management software and computers •
Positive attitude and team-player mentality •
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment •
Valid driver license required •
Bonus Qualifications
ASE Service Consultant Certification •
Experience with Tesla, Toyota Hybrid, Honda Hybrid, or EV systems •
Sales or upselling experience •
Bilingual (English/Russian or Spanish) is a plus •
