TERMS OF SERVICE

1.  REFUND OF FUNDS IN CASE OF:

a.  Service not rendered at our location

b.  Shop unable to complete / provide the service inquired

c.  Parts backorder with no ETA

2.  CANELLATION OF SERVICE

Customer is required to provide payment for initial diagnose plus labor done, even if service was not completed

3.  WARRANTY BASED ON SERVICE PROVIDED:

a.  Used parts – 90 day warranty

b.  Engine rebuild – 12 months

c.  HV Battery replacement – 12 / 24 / 36 / 72 months

d.  New OEM parts – 1 year manufacturer warranty

4.  MAXAT HYBRID REPAIR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WITHOUT DETAILED NOTICE.
